Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order arrived damaged during transit.
  • The product received does not match your confirmed order.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from PEP VAULT. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

Once your request has been reviewed, our support team will provide return instructions if your request qualifies.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products that have been improperly handled or stored.
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Sale or promotional items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.

If a return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection & Resolution

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund (where applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
